申请步骤 for Program Completers
Upon program completion, ALL students must file for their credential with the Credential 服务办公室. To get the process started, complete the following steps:
- 完成 资料单张[pdf] - Download the form and save a copy. Type in your information and print.
- Pay the $25 application processing fee at 商务.cashnet.com/菠菜网lol正规平台CRD. Save a copy of your receipt and submit it 在你的申请中 packet.
- Download and print the appropriate credential checklist from the chart below and any 如有需要，请填写其他表格. Submit all required documents listed on the checklist 在你的申请中.
- Submit your complete application to credentials@hongyangditan.com.
