Welcome to the 跳舞 Program

Founded in 1857, 菠菜网lol正规平台 is the oldest public institution of higher education on the West Coast—meaning that we have been teaching dancers longer than any other school in California. That's why we're able to provide students with comprehensive dance programs, dedicated teacher-artists, and an innovative curriculum.

Gifted 跳舞 教师

Our teacher-artists are leading dancers and choreographers, in addition to former members of the José Limon 跳舞 Company. Many are recipients of the Isadora Duncan Award, Bay Area Critics Circle Choreography Award, and the Theater Bay Area Outstanding Performer Award among many others.

Advanced Performing Company

The 跳舞 program's advanced performing company, University 跳舞 Theater (UDT), directed Raphael Boumaila, performs regularly at American College 跳舞 Association conferences. We have also performed at Jacob's Pillow, the Kennedy Center for the Art, and other prestigious performance venues across the country.
